Privacy Policy

Last updated: 14 June 2026

This policy explains what InstantInvites collects, how we use it, and your choices.

1. What we collect

  • Account details: your name, email, and (optionally) profile photo when you sign in with Google; your email address when you sign up with a password.
  • Designs you save: drafts and any text or photos you add to a card.
  • Payment information: transaction metadata only (order id, amount, status, your account email). Card, UPI, and netbanking details are collected directly by our payment processor — we never see or store them.
  • Usage data: standard analytics on which pages are visited and how the product is used, in aggregate.

2. How we use it

  • To run the Service and let you sign in, save, and download;
  • To process payments and grant template unlocks;
  • To send transactional emails (sign-in verification, payment receipts, password resets);
  • To detect and prevent abuse;
  • To meet legal obligations.

We do not sell your personal information, and we don’t run third-party ad networks on the Service.

3. Who we share with

We share data only with service providers we need to run the Service:

  • Google / Firebase — authentication, storage, and hosting;
  • Razorpay — payments;
  • Google Analytics — aggregate usage analytics.

We also disclose information when required by law.

4. Where data is stored

We host on Google Cloud and Firebase. Your data is stored on secure cloud infrastructure, and some of it may be processed outside India by our service providers (for example, for analytics and authentication).

5. How long we keep it

We keep your account information and saved designs for as long as your account is active, and for as long as required by applicable law thereafter. You can ask us to delete your account at any time.

6. Cookies and analytics

We use a small number of cookies and browser storage entries for sign-in, saving your editing progress, and analytics. You can clear them from your browser at any time.

7. Your rights

Under India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (DPDP Act), you have rights to access, correct, and erase the personal data we hold about you, and to withdraw consent. To exercise these rights, email contact@instantinvites.in from the address on your account.

8. Security

We use industry-standard measures to protect your information — HTTPS in transit, authentication via Firebase, and PCI-compliant payments via Razorpay. No system is perfectly secure; please report concerns to the email above.

9. Children

The Service is not directed at children under 18.

10. Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date above tells you when the current version took effect.

11. Contact
