Terms & Conditions

1. Acceptance

By using InstantInvites (the “Service”), you agree to these terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the Service.

2. The Service

InstantInvites lets you personalize and download digital greeting cards and invitations. Browsing and editing are free. Some templates carry a one-time fee to remove the InstantInvites watermark.

3. Your account

You can browse and edit without an account. Signing in with Google or with an email and password is required to save designs, remove watermarks, or make a payment. You’re responsible for your credentials and for activity on your account.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for illegal, defamatory, infringing, obscene, or hateful content;
  • Impersonate any person or organization;
  • Bypass the watermark, reverse-engineer the editor, or circumvent technical protections;
  • Scrape, automate, or otherwise interfere with normal operation of the Service.

5. Templates and your content

Templates and original artwork are owned by InstantInvites or its licensors and licensed to you for personal and small-business use in cards and invitations you create. You may not resell, rebrand, or redistribute the templates as a competing product.

Text, photos, and other content you add remain yours. You grant us a limited license to host and process that content only as needed to provide the Service.

6. Payments

Paid templates are one-time, per-template watermark-removal purchases. Prices are shown in Indian rupees on the template page. Once paid, the unlock is tied to your account and you can re-download the clean file as often as you like.

Payments are processed by Razorpay. We do not store your card or UPI credentials. Razorpay’s terms also apply to the payment portion of your transaction.

8. Service availability

We aim for reliable availability but don’t guarantee uninterrupted, error-free operation. We may change, suspend, or discontinue parts of the Service at any time.

9. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The Service is provided “as is”. To the maximum extent allowed by law, InstantInvites makes no warranties, express or implied. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you have paid us in the previous 12 months.

10. Termination

You can stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. Unlocks you’ve already paid for remain redeemable for a reasonable period.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Bangalore, Karnataka.

12. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date above tells you when the current version took effect.
