Refund & Cancellation Policy

InstantInvites sells digital goods — one-time, per-template watermark removals. This page explains when refunds apply and how to reach us if something went wrong.
1. What you’re buying
A watermark-removal unlock is delivered instantly to your account once Razorpay confirms your payment. You can re-download the clean file any number of times, including after editing.
2. Digital goods are non-refundable once delivered
Because the unlock is digital and instant, completed and successfully delivered unlocks are generally non-refundable. By paying, you agree to receive the unlock immediately.
3. When we will refund you
- Charged but not unlocked. You were charged but the unlock didn’t appear on your account within a reasonable time after confirmation.
- Duplicate charge. You were charged more than once for the same unlock.
- Unauthorized charge, verifiable with us within 14 days.
- Technical failure on our side that prevents you from using or downloading what you paid for, where we can’t fix it in a reasonable time.
4. When we generally can’t refund
- You changed your mind after downloading the clean file.
- The template was as previewed but you no longer want it.
- You paid on the wrong account and already downloaded — we may be able to transfer the unlock; please ask before requesting a refund.
5. How to request a refund
Email contact@instantinvites.in from the address on your account and include:
- Date of the payment;
- Template you tried to unlock (title or URL);
- Razorpay payment id (from your Razorpay receipt email or bank statement);
- A short description of the issue.
6. Timelines
We aim to acknowledge requests within two working days. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method via Razorpay and typically reach your account in 5–10 working days, depending on your bank or UPI provider. We’ll share the refund reference id so you can track it.
7. Failed payments
If a payment fails, no money should have left your account. If a charge appears against a failed payment, contact us — banks usually auto-reverse these within a few working days, and we can help chase it.
8. Cancellation
There is no recurring subscription to cancel — unlocks are one-time purchases. To delete your account, see the Privacy Policy contact.
